Coordinate, produce, and assemble construction document sets using Revit; Lead and assist architectural project teams, including external consultants, through project development and construction administration phases; Collaborate with Project Architect to prepare and manage architectural budgets; Collaborate with other team members in Project Management and Engineering; Review and process project submittals, RFIs, and change management during Construction Administration; Create presentation drawings for submittal to governing agencies, landowners, and owner
Required Qualifications
- Associate's, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Minimum five years of architecture experience with commercial building projects
- Previous experience with construction administration and project management
- Strong Revit skills
