Job Summary
Conduct cabinet and millwork production, operate CNC equipment, and handle loading, shipping, and material movement. Manage estimating, drafting, project coordination, and installation leadership across commercial and residential systems. Perform quality control and production oversight while supporting team goals in a family-run environment. Opportunities range from entry-level skilled trades to experienced project management roles. Hands-on training is provided for those ready to develop in woodworking or manufacturing.
