Job Summary
Lead architectural execution for major civil construction and large-scale building portfolios. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all architectural activities on assigned project sites; review and endorse project plans for regulatory and design specification compliance; manage architectural budgets, variation orders, and evaluate contractor material estimates; direct subcontractor and consultant performance to meet engineering project timelines; ensure the department's QESH management system conforms to ISO standards; report on system and department performance metrics directly to corporate top management.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent field
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of architectural management experience in civil construction
