Architectural Junior Project Manager

Oversee the production and coordination of contract deliverables including field surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications. Ensure completeness of work in alignment with project contract and design intent while maintaining MG2 quality standards and coordinating consultant deliverables. Collaborate with internal design staff on integration of deliverables into contract documents and specifications, and coordinate project deliverables with external consultants. Generate complete code research and feasibility studies, including coordination with AHJ representatives for pre-submittal or design review meetings. Provide administrative support for project teams including creating meeting agendas, updating trackers, completing permit applications, maintaining RFI and submittal logs, and generating project reports. Participate in QA/QC reviews of all deliverables, coordinate external submittals to local permitting authorities, and attend site visits during construction administration to generate field reports and review submittals. Produce accurate work in accordance with project schedules and workplans.
