Job Summary
Architectural Internship at Olson Kundig in Seattle. Six-month paid internship open to architecture students or recent graduates, offering mentorship and exposure to the full spectrum of architectural practice. Responsibilities include Design & Documentation Support across all design phases (schematic design, model making, construction documents, presentations); Collaboration with project teams; Participation in weekly design critiques and internal speaker series; Attendance at construction site visits; Engagement in firm-wide educational and professional development opportunities; Preparation and delivery of presentations to the office; Effective communication of design ideas; Support for special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications require current enrollment or recent graduation from an architecture program, a portfolio demonstrating design ability and technical skills, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. Nice-to-Have: familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, and Rhino; prior internship or studio experience in an architecture firm.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a professional architecture program (or international equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating design ability and technical skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (international candidates must secure appropriate work authorization).
