Job Summary
Design and plan kitchen/bathroom renovations from inception to completion, creating detailed construction documents for client presentations and supplier coordination. Execute 3D modeling, elementary rendering, and planimetric sketches using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion, while leveraging the 20/20 and KCDW platforms for precise visualizations. Engage with clients to refine designs and confirm requirements, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications. Manage and coordinate projects including audit, refurbishment, and urban regeneration tasks while collaborating with team members to maintain a cohesive approach.
Required Qualifications
- LATAM-based
- bilingual in Spanish and English
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in SketchUp
- Proficiency in Rhino
- Proficiency in Lumion
- Proficiency in 3DS Max
- Proficiency in Revit
- At least 3 years of experience in kitchen design and renovation
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous kitchen projects
- Excellent understanding of construction documentation
- experience with both U.S. and international metric systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
