Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in preparing cost estimates for materials, labor, and overhead.
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Prior experience in the HVAC, Electrical, plumbing and general contracting, or construction industry.
- Experience estimating for government contracts.
