Architectural Draftsperson

Create and update lot-specific construction drawings for single-family and attached homes using Revit and AutoCAD. Prepare construction and permit drawing sets while coordinating plan updates with division teams, engineers, and internal partners. Maintain and organize plan archives and assist builders with plan-related questions during construction. Collaborate with the international drafting team to ensure plans remain accurate and current across new home communities. This role provides exposure to the residential development process, supporting projects from initial design documentation through construction.
