Job Summary
Architectural Drafter focused on creating and developing construction documents within a design team. You will coordinate heavily with the Designer and Project Architect, participate in client and internal design reviews, and handle As-builts, field observations, and plotting/annotations. Responsibilities include file housekeeping, sheet and block/family creation, complying with design standards, processing redlines from the Project Architect, coordinating with other disciplines, and assisting with RFI/submittal management during construction. The role emphasizes coordination with the design team, adherence to standards, and contributing to the evolution of design documents through multiple iterations and design reviews.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED
- Associates degree or Autodesk program related certificate
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Three to Five years of related experience
