Architectural Drafter

Catalog and manage Center Park's product list, including construction drawings, marketing collateral, and coordination between them. Oversee revisions to existing plans for new business development and permitting. Serve as a liaison between the Architectural Team, Purchasing, and Estimating departments. Track completion of community plan sets with contracted architects, produce and maintain plan field sets, and address necessary permitting revisions. Coordinate with Pre Construction to post current construction drawings to Project Management platforms. Implement prototype plan revisions, assist with drafting construction details for field staff, and track plan changes from pre-construction through RFP. Support estimating with takeoffs and assist with RFP logs and submittal requests. Requires Revit proficiency, 2-3 years of residential drafting experience, and a driver's license.
