Job Summary
Lead the strategic planning, design, and execution of data center facilities and AI infrastructure. Collaborate across civil, structural, MEP, and fire protection disciplines, procurement, and construction to deliver integrated, compliant designs aligned with timelines and innovation goals. Develop Basis of Design documents and RFQ/RFI packages, conduct site visits, ensure compliance with local codes and environmental standards, and guide scoping, estimating, and execution of facility projects. Build strong cross-functional partnerships with engineering, operations, and leadership; create architectural designs and documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related tools; oversee external partners to ensure cost-effective procurement and adherence to MSAs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Active Architectural licensure; NCARB certification strongly preferred
- 2+ years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, including data center development and site construction in high-tech environments
