Job Summary
Develop design details, plans and specifications for water/wastewater and related facilities, contributing to architectural design work from concept design through construction documentation; prepare architectural drawings and coordinate with architectural and engineering teams; perform code analysis, material selections, and site/construction inspections for information gathering and design reporting; plan, schedule, and coordinate work of junior architects; ensure conformance with standards and codes, and create constructible, technically-robust designs. Strong proficiency with architectural design software (Revit, ACC/BIM 360, AutoCAD; plus Enscape, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper, Lumion, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite) and excellent communication skills are required, with progress toward licensure highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture
- Proficiency with ACC/BIM 360 / Revit and Microsoft Office Suite
- AutoCAD, Enscape, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper, Lumion, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite experience are a plus
