Job Summary
Architectural Designer responsible for developing floor plans, elevations, and details using CAD and Revit; produce engaging 3D presentations and renderings; ensure documentation complies with accessibility standards and basic building codes; assist in permit processing under guidance from senior architects; collaborate across design-build and architecture teams to align design with constructability; requires 1–2 years in commercial architecture, CAD proficiency (2+ yrs), Revit (1+ yr), Enscape (1+ yr), knowledge of ADA and building codes, Adobe Suite, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a strong portfolio. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
- 2 years CAD proficiency
- 1 year Revit experience
- 1–2 years in architectural role focused on commercial projects
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant commercial design work
- References: two professional references
