Job Summary
The Architectural Designer/Registered Architect will focus on the production and coordination of architectural construction documents, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, and integrating structural and MEP elements. Responsibilities include producing detailed construction documents, developing technical construction details, leading space planning efforts, coordinating MEP and structural designs, revising documents based on feedback, and assisting with construction administration. Candidates should have a strong proficiency in technical writing and communication skills, with 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture or 8+ years as a Registered Architect with RA licensure.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture project production (Architectural Designer)
- Proficiency in Revit and construction documentation
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- 8+ years of experience in commercial, retail, or industrial design production (Registered Architect)
- RA Licensure required
- Experience in construction administration and project coordination
- Strong background in Revit for project design and updates
- Passion for mentoring junior staff
