Job Summary
Conduct front-end design for large mixed-use and multifamily projects, focusing on the conceptual and schematic phases. Develop concepts through site planning, massing studies, and graphic presentations to create compelling visual narratives. Produce presentation-quality packages and client materials using Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative environment alongside a Principal in Baton Rouge, LA. Requires a professional degree in Architecture and 2–3 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience
- passion for thoughtful, design-driven architecture
- strong design and problem-solving skills
- excellent graphic and verbal communication abilities
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative design environment
- professional degree in Architecture

- Proficiency in Revit
