Job Summary
Produce construction drawings in REVIT or AutoCAD based on design sketches, redlines, and guidance from senior team members. Apply standard details and adapt prototype criteria to meet project-specific requirements. Support project managers by conducting research, preparing documentation, and coordinating project details. Be available to travel to surveys as needed and call building departments to research information for permit submission. Requires 2+ years in technical input for commercial construction documents, proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Located in Dearborn or Novi with on-site hours.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years working in technical input for construction documents in commercial projects
- Bachelor's Degree - Architecture, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in REVIT & AutoCAD required
Desired Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Architecture is nice to have
- Ability to produce renderings in REVIT preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication, organizational and time management skills
