Job Summary
Architectural Designer III position at a design firm in Seattle focused on architectural design development through construction administration for public and industrial sector projects. Develop architectural designs and project documentation, prepare design development and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit, coordinate with project teams/consultants/clients, support contract administration and site observations, and manage project tasks independently to meet deadlines. Requisite experience includes 5–10 years in architectural design and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Bluebeam is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- 5–10 years of architectural design experience
