Job Summary
Develop creative design solutions, coordination efforts, and production documents using sketching, 2D and 3D modeling, and computational design methods. Translate concepts into technically sound documentation, coordinate BIM models, and participate in client presentations. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors while conducting site observations and field verification. Apply sustainable design principles, research building materials and assemblies, and support code reviews throughout the project lifecycle. Produce high-quality work while advancing proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, and visualization tools. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional architectural experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- A strong interest in building a career designing healthcare environments is required
- Experience contributing to projects through multiple phases of design and documentation
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continuously improve your craft
- A passion for learning, mentoring, and growing into greater project leadership responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare project experience is preferred
- Working toward architectural licensure is encouraged
