Job Summary
Architectural Designer I to support the design, planning, and documentation of projects of moderate size and complexity. In this role, you’ll contribute to creative design solutions, technical development, and project delivery while working closely with more senior team members in a collective, design-focused environment. You’ll join a team where curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency help shape thoughtful work and support your growth as a designer.
Required Qualifications
- Professional degree in architecture
- Minimum 3 years of related professional experience
- Proficient modeling and documentation using Revit
- Portfolio showcasing design, technical, and drafting abilities including Revit documentation and technical drawings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, or other 3D modeling/rendering software (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu/Bluebeam Studio (Nice to Have)
- Sustainability-focused project assessments (LEED, Living Building Challenge) (Nice to Have)
- Licensure is desired but not required (Nice to Have)
