Architectural Designer I

Participate in project design and development from concept through documentation, preparing design presentation documents, renderings, and materials based on leadership feedback. Support the production of Design Development and Construction Document sets by consistently reviewing work for accuracy, updating documentation from redlines, and developing new or identifying existing details. Coordinate activities of consultants, maintain project file structure, and archive project emails while complying with presentation standards and project checklists. Attend site meetings as an observer, prepare surveys of existing conditions, and assist with Field Reports, Punch Lists, and review of RFIs and Submittals. Maintain proper RFI Logs and Submittal Logs, research building code and accessibility requirements, and ensure familiarity with the BIM execution plan.
