Architectural Designer

Lead residential design projects from concept through completion by managing interior and exterior development using CAD and Revit software. Provide on-site design observation for projects across the Los Angeles area while supporting project managers on fee proposals, schedules, and conceptual cost estimates. This role involves working directly with a firm Partner on adaptive reuse and high-end custom home developments for both in-house projects and private clients. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and four years of field experience.
