Job Summary
Design architectural concepts, technical drawings, and construction documents that meet code requirements and project goals. Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth progress from early design through construction. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, builders, and clients to produce integrated, constructible designs. Conduct site visits, provide construction-phase support, and solve design challenges in real time. This role operates within a Design+Build environment where ideas move seamlessly from drafting to the real world. You will bring mid-to-senior level experience in architectural design, detailing, and project management, along with 4+ years of proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Required Qualifications
- Mid-to-senior level experience in architectural design, detailing, and project management
- 4+ years of proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Deep knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset that thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. occasionally
- Sitting (or driving) in a normal seated position for extended periods of time
- Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction
- Finger dexterity is required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole hand(s) or arm(s), i.e.: using a keyboard
- Ability to see within normal parameters
- Ability to hear within normal range
- Ability to move about a construction site including, but not limited to: climbing ladders and scaffolds, and walk over uneven terrain
