Architectural Designer

Produce photorealistic renderings and design packages that support sales proposals and client presentations. Develop building design programs by translating client requirements into rapid visual concepts, sketches, and presentation-ready graphics. Collaborate with estimating and sales teams throughout the design and proposal process. Create and maintain marketing materials, digital content, and social media assets that represent the company's project portfolio. Manage multiple active project files simultaneously, coordinating information flow from design through approval, purchasing, and production. Participate in weekly design team cadence; report to the Design Manager. Maintain organized, accurate project documentation throughout each project lifecycle. Preferred Skills/Experiences: Associate degree or higher in architectural design, graphic design, interior design, or fine art — OR 3+ years of equivalent professional design experience; Revit (3D/BIM) — advanced proficiency; AutoCAD 3D; SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Bluebeam; Portfolio required; experience in prefab, manufactured, or off-site construction design preferred; architectural or interior design background; project management experience; experience creating marketing graphics or AEC content for digital/social platforms; Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal English; Spanish a plus.
