Job Summary
Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Refrigeration, and Structural disciplines while producing detailed construction documents and evaluating materials for constructability. Conduct site scopes, observation trips, and generate field reports to ensure project success. Assist in architectural research, document development, client presentations, and problem-solving of production issues. Manage project tasks and processes to improve production efficiencies. Requires professional accredited degree in Architecture and critical software skills in Revit and AutoCAD.
Required Qualifications
- Professional accredited degree in Architecture
- Must have the capacity to understand and communicate complex issues that involve the functional and aesthetic areas of architecture
- Ability to engage in creative and critical thought and able to graphically communicate concepts and ideas to others effectively
- Desire to work in a team-oriented, fast paced environment
- Ability to assist in architectural research, document/design development, peer consultation and program-wide implementation efforts
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality and sensitivity of information
- Strong communication, problem solving, and presentation skills
- Must be able to work well with all levels of teammates
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Computer software knowledge, skills in Revit and AutoCAD are critical
- Drive to research and utilize technology in architectural applications
