Job Summary
Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Refrigeration, and Structural disciplines to produce detailed construction documents and evaluate materials for constructability. Assist in architectural research, document/design development, and program-wide implementation efforts while conducting site scopes and observation trips to generate field reports. Develop and assist in client and peer presentations, resolve production issues, and ensure project success through effective management of tasks and schedules. Maintain client relations and collaborate on problem-solving within a team-based approach.
Required Qualifications
- Professional accredited degree in Architecture
- Must have the capacity to understand and communicate complex issues that involve the functional and aesthetic areas of architecture
- Ability to engage in creative and critical thought and able to graphically communicate concepts and ideas to others effectively
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality and sensitivity of information
- Strong communication, problem solving, and presentation skills
- Must be able to work well with all levels of teammates
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Computer software knowledge, skills in Revit and AutoCAD are critical
- Desire to work in a team-oriented, fast paced environment
