Job Summary
Lead and manage architectural design activities across multiple residential projects within the Technical Department. Oversee the development, review, and approval of architectural drawings, design packages, and technical documents. Coordinate with consultants, MEP, structural, and site teams to ensure fully integrated design delivery and resolve technical design conflicts. Ensure design compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and company standards while monitoring progress and validating revisions throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in technical meetings to align design objectives and support value engineering initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and 10–15 years of experience in design management for large-scale residential, hospitality, or healthcare projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in architectural design and design management
- Previous experience in residential, hospitality, and/or healthcare projects
- Strong background in design coordination and multidisciplinary project integration
- Experience working within technical departments in construction or engineering organizations
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, design standards, and authority requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools
- Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment
