Architectural Design Assistant

Assist the CEO in developing architectural renderings and model shots using SketchUp and AutoCAD. Communicate effectively with project managers to ensure design objectives are met while contributing to team efforts as needed. Maintain knowledge of local zoning codes and work well under pressure and tight deadlines. Prior experience in an architectural or design firm and familiarity with Vray, Lumion, 3d Max, and Rhino are preferred. Candidates must possess strong oral and written communication skills, be punctual, and detail-oriented. This role is based in Sherman Oaks, CA, for California residents only.
