Job Summary
Review architectural drawings for errors and coordination with consultants; coordinate with subcontractors to ensure architectural works align with structural, M&E, and ID works; conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications; resolve design conflicts, site constraints, and technical queries; prepare and submit documents for approvals such as MOS, RA, and shop drawings; ensure quality control of materials and workmanship to meet project standards; monitor progress of architectural works to meet project timelines; ensure compliance with regulations and contract requirements; assist in defect rectification and documentation for project handover.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.
- Proficient in basic AutoCAD software.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
