Architectural BIM Technologist - Relocate to the Okanagan

Job Summary
Produce and coordinate Design Development and Construction Documents, developing accurate architectural models and drawing packages in Revit. Support BIM standards and workflows, coordinating models with multidisciplinary consultants and preparing permit, tender, and construction packages. Assist with technical detailing, building code requirements, drawing reviews, and QA/QC while troubleshooting Revit challenges. Collaborate with project teams across commercial, multifamily, institutional, and community projects from design through contract administration. Relocate to the Okanagan region for a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and excellent work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Architectural Technology or related architectural education
- 5+ years of post graduation experience within an architectural practice
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and model coordination
- Excellent Design Development and Construction Documentation experience
- Strong architectural detailing and technical skills
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants
- Experience across commercial, multifamily, institutional or community projects
- Knowledge of Canadian building codes and construction practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Open to relocating from Vancouver or the Lower Mainland to BC's Okanagan region
