Job Summary
Prepare design and construction documents under supervision, coordinating with other consultants and handling planning, building, and health permit submittals. Review and respond to contractor RFIs and submittals while maintaining high accountability with limited direction. Requires AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Acrobat proficiency, along with two to five years of early career experience in a design or production role. Some travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated with a degree in Architecture or a related program
- Early Career with two to five-plus years of experience
- AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Adobe Acrobat / Bluebeam proficiency
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Attention to detail and solid understanding of construction means and methods
- Developing presentation and project management skills
- Some travel required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working under a licensed architect in a design or production role preferred
