Job Summary
Align the architecture with business priorities and define the vision for your specific domain, such as retail offerings or logistics. Guarantee coherence across all layers including data, applications, and technical infrastructure while fostering solution quality. Guide structural orientations to achieve targets, instruct operational teams, and lead the Design Authority. Disseminate architectural frameworks, standards, and rules to ensure sustainable, scalable solutions. Work closely with product managers, tech leads, and security teams to drive collaboration. This role supports the digital transformation of the Groupement Mousquetaires, a retail group with 3,000 independent business leaders and 150,000 employees.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience as an architect
- 3 years of significant experience in architecture with a desire to progress
- Ability to work in contact with business units and various contributors (product manager, tech lead, security, PMO, ...)
- Ability to create synergies to foster collaboration
- Sense of balance between concrete concerns and a long-term vision
- Ability to design durable and scalable solutions
- Good general IT culture, including AI
