Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced hardware architect for digital equipment in space applications. The role involves analyzing client needs, overseeing architecture stability throughout the lifecycle, leading hardware architecture studies, approving technical choices, ensuring compliance with standards, and facilitating product definition while balancing cost, requirements, and technology capabilities. Candidates should have a Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware/system architecture with expertise in navigation and critical components.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of significant experience in hardware/system architecture
- Degree from an engineering school or Master's in electronics, signal processing, telecommunications/networks or related field
- Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly and effectively
- Curiosity, rigor, pragmatism, and respect for costs, deadlines, and performance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in critical components: SoC, FPGA, ASIC, DDR, microcontroller, high-speed serial links, high-speed interfaces, optical sensors
- Knowledge of embedded system development principles, tools and processes
- Familiarity with traceability and configuration management tools (POLARION, DOORS, VIVALDI, GIT)
- Project management skills and strong organizational abilities
