Job Summary
Conduct functional architecture design and maintenance for system projects, development, or evolution. Identify administrative and technological impacts of proposed solutions while coordinating relationships between clients, support sectors, and service providers. Advise development personnel on architectural dossiers and validate deliverables against compliance criteria. Recommend appropriate solutions for system evolution aligned with government and organizational strategic orientations. Accompany internal resources for skill development and project advancement. Manage functional specifications, test strategies, and product documentation within a 35-hour week schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in the IT field in development OR maintenance OR evolution of systems
- 5 years as a functional architect
- At least 2 mandates as a functional architect in the last 5 years, each of at least 220 days/person scope, in a development OR maintenance OR evolution context
