Job Summary
Architect role in a Tampa office focusing on workplace, hospitality, and mixed-use environments. Collaborate on base building, interior architecture and interior design projects across office, technology, financial and professional services sectors; develop design concepts, design development, space planning, and manage budgets/schedules; coordinate with structural/MEP/lighting/AV/landscape/civil consultants; provide technical guidance to resolve complex design challenges; maintain client relationships and coordinate documentation through construction phases. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, 5–10 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Revit (with additional skills in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, VRay, Grasshopper/Rhino and related visualization tools). The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and delivering functionally beautiful spaces, with a Tampa-based office (not remote/hybrid). Licensure or LEED-related qualifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- 5-10 years of relevant experience with interior architecture and/or ground up building architectural experience (ideally both)
- Proficiency with Revit a must
- Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD + 3-D, Enscape, VRay, Grasshopper, Rhino or other visualization software
- Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Licensure or Registered Architect (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwel, Net Zero focus (preferred)
