Job Summary
Oversee projects from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design while identifying client needs and developing feasibility reports. Prepare ideas considering building usage and environmental impact, then compile specifications and create detailed blueprints with necessary corrections. Perform on-site visits to check project status and report findings, ensuring all work adheres to building codes, regulations, budgets, and timelines. Collaborate with construction professionals to exchange knowledge and provide support as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends and advancements. Requires 1+ year of Architect experience, a BS degree, and outstanding drawing skills using AutoCad or similar software.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience of working on an Architect position
- Significant experience with building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- good portfolio
- Outstanding drawing skills
- familiarity with design software, such as AutoCad
- High creativity and strong ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Good communication and project management skills
- BS degree in Architecture
