Job Summary
Participate in all stages of project development, from initial planning and design through construction and project closeout. Produce architectural drawings, designs, and presentation materials using industry-standard software. Prepare and coordinate detailed construction documentation. Work directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams. Assist with project coordination, project management, problem-solving, and design development throughout delivery. Conduct site visits and support construction administration activities. Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across project documentation and deliverables. Work with aspects of business development. Requires proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related design software. Minimum 6 years of experience in the architectural industry in North America, with strong preference for community, healthcare, and public/institutional projects. Licensure path: Registered Architect or Intern Architect eligible through AIBC is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Architect or Intern Architect eligible through AIBC is preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of working knowledge from within the architectural industry in North America
- Experience working with community, healthcare, public/institutional projects strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related design software
- Demonstrated experience in design development, contract documents, and construction-phase services
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
