Architect/Sustainability Coordinator - Federal

Job Summary
The role involves leading architectural design and coordinating sustainability strategies for federal projects. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture from an NAAB or a recognized accredited program
- Typically a minimum of 5 years related work experience
- Professional architectural registration
- LEED AP BD+C or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing and presenting to clients
- Proficiency in Revit
- Excellent interpersonal skills for facilitating relationships
- Creative problem-solving skills to gather relevant information to solve design issues
- Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously
- Ability to provide effective supervision and staff management
- Experience with projects for the Federal Government including knowledge of Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and UFGS specifications
