Job Summary
Lead end-to-end supply chain process reviews to identify bottlenecks and design scalable workflow improvements, optimizing global operations through automation and data-driven solutions. Develop and maintain digital tools for operational visibility, capacity planning, and production scheduling while automating carrier interactions and shipment tracking. Design and implement AI-driven workflows, intelligent automation, and agentic solutions across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, integrating APIs and data pipelines to connect enterprise systems. Deploy generative AI and large language models to automate document processing and forecasting, applying predictive analytics to enhance inventory optimization and risk management. Partner with Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, delivering executive dashboards and actionable insights through Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 7–10 years of experience in supply chain engineering, systems architecture, digital operations, manufacturing systems, or related technical environments
- Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain operations, logistics, and production planning
- Expert-level proficiency with Smartsheet, including Control Center, DataMesh, and Dynamic View
- Advanced experience with Power BI for data modeling, dashboard development, and business intelligence reporting
- Proven experience building APIs, system integrations, workflow automation, and logic-based scripting solutions
- Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions within enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of AI orchestration platforms, predictive analytics, machine learning concepts, and intelligent automation
- Experience designing scalable data architectures, automated workflows, and enterprise integration solutions
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise integration tools, and workflow automation technologies
- Knowledge of ERP, MRP, or supply chain planning systems
- Experience leading digital transformation or AI implementation initiatives
- Familiarity with manufacturing analytics, inventory optimization, and logistics technologies
- Industry experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Technology, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Automation, or Enterprise Digital Transformation
