Job Summary
Architect role in Stride Treglown’s Bristol Studio, offering full-time hours with hybrid, flexible and agile working. You will join a diverse team to design and deliver a range of projects, lead projects through concept to delivery, collaborate with senior designers and technical teams, and communicate design ideas clearly. The role requires 2+ years post-qualification experience, RIBA Part 3 or equivalent, and experience delivering live projects; proficiency in Revit, with knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is preferred. A portfolio demonstrating design and submission routines, strong drawing and presentation skills, and the ability to guide design and construction teams is essential. Required Qualifications
- Educated to at least RIBA Part 3 level.
- Have experience in design and delivery of live projects.
- Good interpersonal skills to include an understanding of the sensitivities required when communicating with and presenting to clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to balance workload as the role may require you to focus on more than one project at a time.
- Strong Revit skills would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.
- Demonstrable experience of collating and organising design submissions, technical information, preparing drawings, plans and documents and report/spec writing.
