Job Summary
Lead architectural design and project management across all phases, from concept through construction administration; serve as the primary client interface, managing relationships and guiding project direction; develop and oversee architectural documentation (site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, details); interpret/building codes and accessibility standards; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; manage budgets, contracts, schedules, and resources; conduct design reviews and QA; mentor junior staff and contribute to a high-performing, team-oriented studio environment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Architect (RA) required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in architecture, interior design, or related field
- Strong experience in retail and/or commercial project types
- Deep knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction systems
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception through construction
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and schedule
