Job Summary
Architect to collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design solutions and coordinate the design through construction documentation. Responsible for translating sketches and documents into realized 2D/3D models and images, researching technical issues, and leveraging Revit to drive projects from concept through build. The role includes leading team communication, overseeing drawings, specifications, and construction administration, on-site observations, permitting interactions, and contributing to proposals, contracts, and client relationships. Selected candidate will be a Senior-level, in-person position based in Dallas, TX, requiring a Registered Architect with a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, proficient in Revit, 3D modeling, visualization, and architectural standards.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Architect required
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program required
- 10+ years of related experience
- Strong proficiency in Revit, 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software
- Full knowledge of architectural principles/practices
- Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures
- Experience with the entire project lifecycle and design process through post-occupancy
- Ability to coordinate and manage communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Submit a current portfolio and/or work samples in PDF format
