Job Summary
Architect / Revit Modeler needed to produce detailed drawings and Revit models, collaborate with architects/engineers, manage day-to-day delivery of design/technical documentation, perform Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks, ensure QA/QC of models and drawings, mentor the design team, and support technical delivery under the Senior Architect/Design Manager. Requires 5+ years experience, strong Revit skills (rendering in Revit a plus), solid architectural detailing, knowledge of joinery/finishes, ability to self-manage and review work, and familiarity with Dynamo/Grasshopper and ESD concepts. Hybrid work available from Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu City in the Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant experience
- High level of skill in Revit
- Rendering in Revit is a plus
- Experience with architectural detailing
- Familiarity with joinery, finishes and other interior design documentation is a plus
- Ability to work with limited supervision and review own work before submission
- Regenerative design / dynamo / grasshopper, etc. is a plus
- Understanding in ESD concept and Revit plugin (insight etc) is a plus
