Job Summary
Lead ServiceNow solution architecture for ITOM, ITSM, and ITBM, focusing on scalability, security, and performance. Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems like CMDB and Active Directory while establishing governance and design standards. Oversee configuration, customization, and optimization of modules and workflows, and provide technical leadership through mentorship of development teams. Troubleshoot complex architectural and platform issues, driving continuous improvement by incorporating new ServiceNow features. Requires 7-10 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture, including scripting, customization, and ITIL practices. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture in ITOM, ITSM, and ITBM
- Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including integrations, performance optimization, and security
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and customization
- Experience leading and defining ServiceNow architecture in complex, large-scale environments
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and their application in ServiceNow
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred
