Job Summary
Evaluate project requirements with Principal and negotiate owner-architect agreements on fees and schedules. Lead project details regarding scope, profitability, schedule, and budget while monitoring construction document quality. Coordinate contractor bids, recommend selections, and assist with proposals and client interviews. Oversee all correspondence and documents for accuracy, seeking legal counsel when needed. Complete projects on time and within budget, including monitoring work-hour budgets. Requires 10+ years of experience, registration, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of experience
- Registration/License
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other graphics and project management software
