Job Summary
Project Leader role at Klover Architects supporting the Project Manager and Project Designer on a range of project types. Accountable for team communication, production of deliverables, coordination with consultants and vendors, and ensuring documentation meets quality standards. Leads in planning and coordinating work, writes memos/reports to issue changes and track resolutions, provides technical support and project communications, and may attend on-site reviews and meetings. Requires a Bachelor's in Architecture with 3–5 years of related experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, strong communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, and travel to local construction sites (<10%). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 3 to 5 years related experience in architecture
- Knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, material application, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
- Knowledge of architectural building systems
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines
- Motivated, self-directed, problem solver and ability to work in both individual and team settings
- Less than 10 percent travel to local construction sites
