Job Summary
Architect / Project Architect to lead comprehensive architectural services for hospitality, multifamily, senior living, and high-rise projects from an integrated in-house team in St. Louis. Responsibilities include project stewardship across the full lifecycle, BIM execution in Revit and AutoCAD, multidisciplinary coordination with internal engineering/interiors/construction teams, owner-side representation during Construction Administration, evaluation and integration of building systems for long-term value, regulatory leadership through plan-review processes, and continuous process optimization of internal workflows. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (NAAB-accredited) and 4+ years of professional experience; advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills and familiarity with SketchUp/visualization tools are valued. Licensure as a Registered Architect is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited NAAB program
- 4+ years of professional experience in an architectural firm or development environment
- Expert-level command of Revit and AutoCAD; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proven track record in producing complex construction documents, technical detailing, and supporting field observation
- Thorough understanding of building codes, construction methods, and architectural documentation conventions
