Job Summary
Architect to design and guide the technology vision for Enterprise Technology Solutions, specializing in cloud-native technologies, APIs, AI/ML, and scalable architectures that enable business transformation. Responsible for defining target states and roadmaps, conducting hands-on prototyping and proofs of concept, and assisting in technology modernization while reducing technical debt. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a tech field (or equivalent) and 4+ years of architecture/software engineering experience, or 2–3 years of architecture experience, with experience in agile environments and insurance technology preferred. The role impacts architectural frameworks, system integration, and the enterprise’s ability to rapidly adapt and scale technology solutions across the business landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or its equivalent in education and/or work experience
- 4 additional years of architecture/software engineering experience
- 2 to 3 years of technology architecture experience
- Recent hands-on architecture and/or engineering experience with modern technologies
- Experience with successful execution of modernizing technology initiatives
- Ability to work in an agile operating model
- Insurance technology experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to identify problems and explore solutions
- Bachelor’s in technology related field or equivalent with 6 years of demonstrated engineering experience or 2 to 3 years of technology architecture experience
