Job Summary
Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions for residential, commercial, or institutional landscape projects. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project goals, requirements, and design objectives. Prepare preliminary sketches, renderings, and concept presentations to communicate design ideas effectively. Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software. Develop and refine design iterations, incorporating feedback, technical requirements, and regulatory standards. Create construction documents, including floor/landscape plans, elevations, sections, and details, to guide construction teams and contractors. Minimum 2.5 years of professional experience in architectural design required, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.

- portfolio demonstrating proficiency in conceptual design
- portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design development
- portfolio demonstrating proficiency in construction documentation
- Proficiency in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar programs
- Strong design sensibility

- ability to translate conceptual ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs
