Job Summary
Lead design management on complex federal design-build projects, guiding work from proposal development through final design and construction support. Coordinate multiple technical disciplines and lead multidisciplinary subcontracted Architect-Engineer teams for diverse portfolios including facilities, infrastructure, utilities, airfields, and mission-critical programs. Apply technical expertise to drive successful project outcomes while facilitating discussions among diverse stakeholders and building consensus. This role offers a salary range of $115,000 to $125,000 annually for a licensed Architect or Professional Engineer with 5+ years of experience. Required Qualifications
- Current registration as a Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible design experience
- Experience coordinating multiple technical disciplines and leading design efforts
- Ability to successfully lead multidisciplinary subcontracted A/E teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Federal Design-Build project experience
- Department of Defense project experience
- Working knowledge of UFC, UFGS, and WBDG
- Experience with NAVFAC, USACE, Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Space Force, or other federal agencies
- Experience leading design-build proposal efforts
- Experience supporting projects valued in excess of $20 million
- Experience with federal projects and federal design standards
