Job Summary
Manage multiple projects from early design vision through construction, consulting clients on functional requirements, specifications, materials, and estimated costs. Collaborate with design leaders and multidisciplinary teams to produce preliminary concepts, perform research, and prepare contract documents for contractors. Conduct on-site observations to monitor compliance, inspect work quality, and advise teams while administering contracts, including addenda, substitutions, and change orders. Direct architectural team members, review performance, and seal permit documents as licensed. Prepare construction cost estimates and provide code research to ensure projects align with performance and sustainability goals.
Required Qualifications
- NAAB-accredited Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree
- 3 to 5+ years job-related work experience with demonstrated competence leading projects, teams and clients
- Experienced and passionate about Grocery and Retail
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
